To validate the design intent of a product, Raytech provides expertise in developing and conducting usability studies for our clients. These evaluative studies provide objective data to our clients on the effectiveness of the product design based the success of qualified user-participants accomplishing required tasks during the product evaluation. The findings from this study provide direction to the development team on how to proceed with the product form, features and visual cues before progressing with the manufacturing and roll-out of the marketed solution.
